The National League of Cities’ Service Line Program, however, offers warranty protection to help cover the costs of a break. Citizens have an affordable way to avoid the unexpected and often large expense involved with a sewer line break. The Program provides a monthly savings of 5% on the standard monthly price. Homeowners electing to pay annually will receive a minimum of 15% savings.
