As San Antonio and communities across the country work to improve public water and sewer service lines, the lines on a homeowner’s property are subjected to the same elements that cause public lines in the city of San Antonio to fail – root invasion, ground shifting, fluctuating temperatures, age and more. Repair costs for broken, leaking or clogged lines can cost from hundreds of dollars up to 10,900 – an unexpected cost that can be hard on a budget.
The City of San Antonio is pleased to introduce the Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA) Service Line Warranty Program, an optional and affordable solution providing service line protection that covers the cost to repair private lines when they fail.
SLWA’s programs offer generous coverage at a low cost. SLWA is a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business, and has helped more than 140,000 homeowners across the U.S. save more than million in repair costs.
Homeowners who wish to enroll can do so by calling 888-246-2618.
If you are a city official and need to speak directly with an SLWA representative, please call 866-922-9007.
