CenterPoint Energy Foundation and company vendors and suppliers contribute more than $3 million to support severe winter weather relief and recovery efforts Houston-Harris County Winter Storm Relief Fund is helping the most vulnerable with repairs

CenterPoint Energy today (June 21) announced that through contributions from both its charitable foundation and generous donations from its vendors and suppliers, more than $3 million has been donated to the Houston-Harris County Winter Storm Relief Fund. The Relief Fund, which was established by Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, is aimed at supporting low-income Houstonians without insurance who were impacted by February’s severe winter weather.
