HomeServe Advantage Program

Replacing an HVAC system is a costly proposition for homeowners, and high-efficiency equipment can be out of reach for many. This presents a challenge for utilities, as achieving efficiency goals depends on increased adoption of more efficient systems.

The HomeServe Advantage Program is a ten-year subscription that combines energy efficiency and electrification, increased customer satisfaction and ongoing energy savings.

One fixed monthly payment includes:

Home HVAC Assessment
The HomeServe Comfort Advisor evaluates needs and presents the best options for the customer.
Install of new efficient electric and/or gas HVAC systems
Customer-selected equipment is installed by a local, licensed HomeServe network contractor.
Advanced smart thermostat and energy savings service
Honeywell T10 Smart Thermostat drives an energy savings service that uses a patented algorithm and local weather data to keep the home comfortable while reducing HVAC runtime by 9% on average.
Unlimited repairs
HomeServe’s network of licensed, vetted local contractors execute all repairs at no cost to the customer.
Annual maintenance
Customers receive one system tune-up per year and four filters to promote efficient operation through quarterly filter changes.
Leasing agreement
The ten-year lease with an option to renew makes upgrading to high-efficiency equipment more affordable.

A recent HomeServe survey found that 80% of consumers are interested in a hassle-free subscription model for their HVAC equipment.
