HomeServe USA (previously Utility Service Partners) Teams Up With The Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities
Will Offer Utility Service Line Warranties to Municipal Residents Across Pennsylvania

Utility Service Partners (USP), the administrator behind the National League of Cities (NLC) Service Line Warranty Program, headquartered in Canonsburg, PA has teamed up with the Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities (PLCM) to assist municipalities in providing their residents with protection against the high cost of broken or leaking utility
lines.

The NLC Service Line Warranty Program will provide affordable utility service line warranties to homeowners covering expensive repairs to external water and sewer lines on homeowners’ property. The program offers 24-hour/7-day-a-week utility service line protection.

“Pennsylvania municipalities are weathering some tough economic challenges. We believe that the NLC Service Line Warranty Program provides a unique solution for communities and their residents, combining an efficient solution for homeowners while providing a source of additional income for municipalities. USP has a strong, proven track record of
customer satisfaction, and we are delighted to be working with them,” added John A. Garner, Jr., Executive Director of the PLCM.

“As a Pennsylvania based company, we are pleased to be working with the Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities, which builds on the track record USP has developed of successfully managing warranty programs for cities and utilities. We look forward to partnering with municipalities throughout Pennsylvania,” said Phil Riley, the President and CEO of USP. Municipalities interested in participating in the NLC Service Line Warranty Program should contact Mike Chambers, Regional Account Manager at Utility Service Partners, MChambershomeserveusa.com or (866) 974-4801.
