Service Line Program by HomeServe

The Service Line Program by HomeServe offers affordable protection for homeowners that covers the cost to repair or replace broken, leaking or clogged external water lines, sewer lines and in-home plumbing and drainage lines.

These repair plans protect a homeowner’s budget, providing peace of mind.

Key Program Benefits

  • Homeowner Education: The program clearly informs homeowners about their service line responsibilities, preventing confusion and unexpected costs.

  • Financial Protection: HomeServe covers the cost of repairs. This is crucial, as studies show most homeowners do not have dedicated funds for emergency line repairs.

  • Local Economic Support: All repairs are completed by rigorously vetted, licensed, and insured local contractors who adhere to local codes. Customers have access to a 24/7/365 repair hotline staffed by live agents.

  • Comprehensive Administration: HomeServe manages all program aspects, including educational outreach, billing, customer service, repair logistics, and partner reporting.

  • No-Cost Revenue Stream for Municipalities: The program is offered at no cost to partner cities, which can also receive a share of the revenue generated.
