It’s well known that South Dakota is facing significant challenges with water and wastewater infrastructure, and homeowners are at increased risk of costly and unexpected service line issues. Xcel Energy Customer Receives a Hot Water Heater Replacement

Shortly after buying her Roseville, Minnesota home, Tracy signed up for repair plans offered by HomeServe through her local utility provider, Xcel Energy.
