The Indiana State Partnership Team

It’s well known that Indiana is facing significant challenges with water and wastewater infrastructure, and homeowners are at increased risk of costly and unexpected service line issues. That’s why so many municipalities have turned to HomeServe programs to help protect their residents. Our programs educate homeowners about their service line responsibilities and offer optional, affordable repair plans. If an issue occurs, repairs and replacements are performed by local, licensed plumbers.

Illinois Resident Saves $4,400 on Root-Clogged Sewer Line

Forest Park resident Stella S. and her family hadn’t even been in their new home for a year when plumbing problems arose. Luckily, they had a HomeServe repair plan that she learned about through a program with her utility, Coles-Moultrie Electric Cooperative.

“We were using the kitchen sink and heard a bubbling noise, and then we heard it in the utility room, too,” she said. “Thankfully, the house never flooded.”

“The experience with the HomeServe representatives was great — they put the repair down as critical – all the HomeServe representatives were excellent,” she said.
